Every payment transaction is made through Paypal via the invoice system in euros. No other currency will be taken.

Payments of and under 50€ have to be sent upfront ; payments above 50€ will be split in two, first half is to be paid upfront, second half is to be paid after the sketch is review approved.

Payment plans are available over 150€.

Once the commission is complete I cannot give you a refund. If I am unable to start or finish the commission due to personal or technical reasons only then a refund can be negotiated.

As the artist I remain owner of my work and retain all copyright over it; I have the rights to distribute, reproduce or use the image for non commercial promotions, unless other agreements were done.

If you wish to not have your commission posted for any reason, I will respect your choice and follow it.

I cannot and will not resell or make commercial uses with the work unless agreed upon, or on specific demands (ex: merch).

I have the rights to refuse your request for any reason.

You can use the commissioned work for any non-commercial and personal uses like icons, layouts, wallpapers, prints etc.

You cannot claim the work as your own, made by you or use it for commercial use (merch, prints etc) UNLESS it was made for that specific case (asked beforehand!).

In case of a character resell, if you commissioned art from me for that character you may add the value of the art to the character value.

You must credit me if you ever repost my art in public, no matter where.

You are prohibited from reselling the artwork in any form of NFT or use it for crypto-related production.

You are prohibited from using my art in any kind of AI art generator (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion etc), or use any kind of wip I may sent you to finish the commission.

You need to have a clear and up to date reference of your character or I won't be able to start the commission (unless it is a new reference or a custom) as it is hard to work with low quality references.

You can ask for modifications during the sketching phase but only very small tweaks can be request after approval; if you want me to edit a large portion of the work a fee will be added on top of the payment.

Be clear in what you want changed, I won't allow any changes after the commission is done and approved completely! I will refuse them automatically (unless I forgot something myself).

A full size file will be given to you, I advise you to put a watermark similar to ToyHouse's one to prevent art theft.

As the holder of the ownership of the design, you have the permissions to use the design(s) for any commercial usage (plushies, pins, merch etc) AT THE EXCEPTION of the original art by myself. If you want to commercially use my art, please contact me to discuss possible deals. If I find out you made merch out of my art without my permission, you will be permanently blacklisted and blocked.

You may resell, retrade or gift the design not higher than its base value with the addition of commissioned work and personal art (gifts not counted in).

You must credit me as the original designer of the character.

If the design is part of a closed specie, or a specific TOS that is not mine, you must follow it first, before my own TOS.

I do not care about what you do with the design/character itself, you can redesign it, give it wicked stories, go ham! However I draw the line at zoophilia, pedophilia & racism/discrimination and give myself the rights to block and blacklist you if you use my designs promoting & romanticising that content.

While I do not monitor trades, or what people generally do with my designs or past OCs, please do not trade, resell or gift to people I've put in my blacklist (link here)! Knowingly doing so will warrant you a greylisting or blacklisting at worst.

At the exception of what's mentioned above, my general TOS always applies to my designs, therefore you may not overlook them, this paragraph being an addition to my existing TOS.
